Recreational Swimming Programs


Level I: Objectives are to acclimate children to the water environment. Students will learn skills to help them become more comfortable in the water: enter and exiting the water unassisted, front and back floating, breathing control, basic arm movements, and water safety.
Six 30 minutes sessions $45

Level II: Provides practice of fundamental skills, and learned skills: floating without support, submerge and retrieve objects, breathing control, arm movements for front crawl and back crawl, kicks, and water safety.
Six 30 minutes sessions $45

Level III: Objectives are to build on the skills from Level II. Other skills taught are coordinating front and backstrokes; learning elementary backstroke, treading water, diving, and water safety.
Six 45 minutes sessions $50

Level IV: Builds on Level III skills, stroke development, increase endurance to swim twenty-five yards unassisted. New strokes introduced are breaststroke, sidestroke and the basics of turning.
Six 45 minutes sessions $50

ADULT SWIM PROGRAMS

Adult Beginner Lessons: Learn to become comfortable in and around the water. Basic swimming skills and water safety are taught.
Six 45 minutes sessions $50

Advanced Stroke Techniques: Refine your strokes by learning proper techniques and form. Develop workout routines.
Six 45 minutes sessions $55
